Do I have Adult ADD?
Many people have some familiarity with ADD/ADHD children, but find that adult ADD/ADHD is a new entity. Some of you reading this page may be new to understanding adult ADD. Others of you may have recently been diagnosed with adult ADD. Some of you may suspect adult ADD, while others of you may be family members, friends or work colleagues of an adult with ADD.
It’s also not uncommon for people to mistakenly consider the child ADD/ADHD traits when attempting to understand adult ADD. The truth is that ADD/ADHD presents in adults differently that the childhood presentation.
