The ADHD Center for Success will return to Malaprop’s for an encore ADHD seminar series. All seminars will be presented by CoachRudy Rodriguez, LCSW, on Wed nights [5:30-6:30pm] at Malaprop’s Bookstore, 55 Haywood Street in downtown Asheville.

Aug 13 – Alternative treatments for ADHD – Feeding the Brain – ADD Crusher is a revolutionary and popular DVD series for adults with ADHD. Tonight’s episode – “Feeding your Brain” – introduces non-medical strategies, small changes that give you immediate results and increase the impact for Crushing your own ADHD. Discussion to follow the DVD.

Sept 10 – Mindfulness Practices for ADHD – For most adults and children with ADHD, the core issue involves modulating attention and distractibility. This ADHD seminar will explore the practice of mindfulness in everyday life by sharing simple and practical strategies to practice everyday mindfulness.

Oct 8 – Global ADHD Awareness Month – The month of October is designated as Global ADHD Awareness Month throughout the world. This program presented by CoachRudy was designed by the International ADHD Coaches Organization to help promote evidenced based ADHD Awareness throughout the world.
