Professional Certified ADHD Coach
Building Your ADHD Foundation is a structured group coaching program that includes learning modules(ADHD, executive functioning skills, Mindfulness, etc.) and individual laser coaching. Together, they create a strong, practical foundation for managing your ADHD and strengthening executive functioning skills.
Enrollment is intentionally limited to 8–10 adults (ages 30 and older) to ensure personalized support, meaningful discussion, and accountability.

About CoachRudy
Coach Rudy Rodriguez is a Professional Certified ADHD Coach & LCSW. CoachRudy is an ADHD and Executive Function Coach. He began working with ADHD children in 1981 as a social worker and later as a psychotherapist. Rudy was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult in 1993 and received his coach credentialing in 2004. CoachRudy has coached adults living with ADHD and led adult ADHD groups since 2004. CoachRudy also teaches ADHD coaches to design and facilitate ADHD groups.
